Replacement Card

My card got swallowed by the ATM on Tuesdya and I called the call centre to stop the card. On thursday I went into Sandton Branch to get a repalcement card where I was told that they will give me a card but I cannot use it because they were having problems issuing a card for people who belong to staff. Left the company in 2008, not sure why I am still staff. Very inconvenient, now expecyed to que by branch to get money, cannot even use internet banking, have to carry loads of cash around now cause cannot use card. Told it will take 16 business hours to get my card, so will be without a card for the whole weekend. Maybe will get my card on Monday. Very off with this bank. How is you IT problem becoming my problem now. Fix your systems. Thinking of changing banks, how can I trus you to look after my money if your systems are so messed up.
