I received a new chq card, and the lady at the branch printed my new account number for me. There were two account numbers on there. I gave my new account number to my HR so that they can pay my salary in there. When the Salary's was paid in I did not get mine and then I realized the one account number I gave was for my revolving loan and not for my chq card. I phoned on a Saturday to speak to someone to please assist me. I need my salary payment to be reversed so that they can pay it in the correct account number. NOBADY could assist me. They said I must wait for Monday. I cannot believe it. They did not take me serious at all. Now I am sitting without money until who knows when before I can sort this out. This service I got from ABSA is NOT GOOG at all!!! When you are in a situation and need assistance they are not there to assist.
