Refusal to cancel debit order from my account

I have two R99-00 amounts coming out of my debit orders drawn from my absa cheque account. on asking absa about the debit order details, I was provided with the reference number 0860 11 22 44. I called the number and it referred me to using details of my existing fnb card. I do not have an fnb account or card. I then went to fnb sunnyside branch. guess what? the enquiries clerk promptly said she cannot assist me and I should call the number. how do I get assistance if I do not have an fnb card? something does NOT add up here and my account is debited monthly. fnb can please explain to me what is going on
