Good day, today is my salary day, and after a very rough month i was so glad that is is payday, when I want to draw my money I cant, when I phoned the customer service they said that, I need to fica my account, I mean my account is not even a year old, I opened this account in March, Now my problem is nobody notified me that my account will be frozen, if they did this in advance before my salary was paid in, we couldve sort it out on saturday, now it is in the week, I am working and cannot take time off. The branch said that they cant help me over the phone as they dont have a recording machine. I mean this is my money we are talking about, now I have send them a mail, they said it will be resolve in 2-5 working days, depends on the source, I cant wait that long, my children need food, my car need petrol. After open an account with a bank, then only in 2 years time they must request rica of fica what ever they call it. but not in the same year. All I want is my money, I want food for my children, I really though that Absa bank is a good bank, but surely I thought wrong. Please I need assistance,
