Unlawful debit orders

We bank with Capitec, but every month other companies takes debit orders, But they take too much.and when we go back to reverse the money then the trouble starts.they want letters from the other companies who takes the money? Where as at other banks they reverse your money cause they are aware that its your money. My husband works during the day and sometimes he doesn't have time to go to the other companies and i cant go to the bank and companies cause its his account not mine. If no one helps us then we are going to change banks!
