My son is currently under debt review. My husband's salary is paid into my son's account on the last day of each month. My son went to draw the funds from his account only to be told that his account was blocked by the home loans legal department. After discussing this with the legal department they advised that they have not blocked the account and that they are not allowed to block the account. Needless to say we are now sitting witout any funds. We can proof that the funds paid into the account is that of my hsband's salary. No one at ABSA Bank can assist with this matter and my husband can not get his salary from the account and we have no other funds to get us through the month.
