Thank you for the embarresment and patheticness

Last night I went to MacDonalds to get dinner. I paid with my debit card, and my card got declined. I know i still have money in my account, but I tried my credit card and my card also got declined. I went to the ATM to withdraw money to pay for my order. The ATM only gave me a paper saying that there is a problem with my account and that I need to phone a number. I phoned that number and was outraged at what they told me - my account is BLOCKED! I never received any prior notification that they intended on blocking my account, or that they needed any documentation. I applied for my credit card at the end of last year, gave them all of that documentation that they now claim they do not have, and they accepted my card application! Now it is costing me time, money and energy to sort out this mess that was not even my fault to start with, and that I had no knowledge of! My salary did not get paid in, and my debit orders need to go off and now I am stuck because Absa "needed" information. This is unacceptable! I can't even buy groceries or food - and it is end of the month. I work two jobs and do not have the time to go into the branch and sort out their nonsense! I am furious!
