ABSA Disputes - don't want to reverse transaction

I would like to reverse a transaction which was paid into a wrong account.
Online Payment details:
From Account Number: "My Account Number"
To Account Number (Wrong Account No): "2#@@##2812"
Date of Transaction: 2013-10-29

ABSA keeps on telling me, "Due to system restrictions we cannot assist you in this regard.
Kindly be advised that MrPriceMoney only deals with the person who made the payment and does not work via a third party - in this case Absa. You need to contact them directly."
The money has been transferred into a wrong account. The Money was paid into a wrong account not MrPriceMoney Account. I don't know who's ABSA Account Number it is. Thus saying a wrong Account Number.

I need that Transaction reversed from that specific Account number back into my Account.
The transaction was successful, which means the account number actually exist in ABSA.

ID: 0DB9A682-B38A-156C-8958-DCADB90B0000 ticket was logged and I don't seem to be getting any assistance. The Branch says they can't help me, ABSA disputes does not seem to be willing to help.
I need this to be sorted out ASAP.
