Transfer done without my concern

On the 16 January 2014 an amount of R8 000 was deposited into my absa account 9202966542 that was an advance salary I asked for at work to prepare for my uncles funeral, Absa Bank then went into my account without my concern to transfer an amount of R2 840, i then went to Selcourt Branch to ask for reversal and they told me it was not done by their branch they gave 0861222272 number to call and spoke to Ntombi the person who did the transfer said the money will be reversed back into my account within 48 hours and till today the money is still not in my account when I now call the same number they taking me to one person to another none seem to help me they told me the account has been handed over toRL Daly Attorneysand i should call them, i just called them they telling me that Absa Bank did the transfer therefore they should reverse the money they not in control.

At this point I don't know what to do as I have said that I need to pay funeral palour for funeral that's on this coming Saturday?

Please assist in anyway you can (DESPARATE)
