First National Bank
Still waiting after 2 months

I opened a FNB cheque account more than 2 months ago. Do not remember exact date.
I was given the account number over the phone from the call centre.
To date I have not received my bank card or any other confirmation from this bank. I was supposed to be called by a delivery company within a week. No one called to date.
I need the account only for the Pay pal facility on my website otherwise they can go to.
I wonder what happens to the monthly R100 banking fee on my account? Will I be billed for this not even having a banking card or any correspondence yet?
