Efuse to assist me

I have a major problem with FNB ever since I have opened the account in March 2013, when I opened the account I was told because I have an above average salary coming into my account I will be awarded the overdraft facility after about 3 months but its been 9 months later and they refuse to give me the overdraft facility, yet I am awarded a platinum FNB account and I feel the only reason I got this account because I have to pay more on the monthly fees. even when I went for a credit card I was not given a credit card but immediately when I went to ABSA bank they gave me a credit card and was awarding me a cheque account with an overdraft facility, the point I bring up is that if my bank cannot satisfy my needs what's the point banking with FNB if ABSA is giving me better facilities, even the staff at Chatsworth FNB is rude just like the manager who keeps telling us that they cannot assist me. this is the reason I decided to lodge a complaint because people should not be fooled like I was to open an account with FNB because FNB do not for fill the promises that was made to us. I feel that only want us for fees that's' all and is not interested in customer satisfaction
