NEW ACCOUNT ALREADY IN OVERDRAFT!!!

HOW THE CAN U CHARGE ME THE CHEQUE ACCOUNT FEE IN THE MIDDLE OFF THE MONTH!!! I HAVENT EVEN STARTED USING THE ACCOUNT AND IM ALREADY IN OVERDRAFT!! EITHER U CHANGE THE DATE ON WHICH THE FEE IS BILLED OR ILL CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT!! LET ME KNOW WHICH OPTION U CHOOSE!!
MY ACCOUNT IS NOW IN OVERDRAFT WHICH MEANS THAT WE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS I HAD WITH FNB 5 YEARS AGO I WILL NOW NEED TO PAY FEES AND INTEREST ON THIS AMOUNT DUE TO YOUR STUPID SYSTEM!!! IF U CANT CHANGE IT DUE TO THE DATE ON WHICH THE CARD WAS DELIVERED THEN ENSURE THAT U CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT!!!

I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS IS BEING DONE NOT EVEN ONE ATTEMPT TO WITHDRAW OR ANYTHING R10 TRANSFERED TO THE ACCOUNT IN ORDER TO GET MY INTERNET BANKING DONE FOR THE END OF THE MONTH - I REALLY HOPE I GET SOMEONE CALLING ME FROM FNB AND NOT ONLY AN EMAIL
COME ON GUYS WHERE IS THE HOW CAN WE HELP U SERVICE GONE? HOW CAN WE HELP U IN DEBT IS THIS HOW U WANT TO HELP ME???

PS- HOPE U SEE THAT I WAS KEPT WAITING FOR THE CARD SINCE THE 11TH OF DECEMBER AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE CARD HAD TO BE REPRINTED I HAD TO WAIT ALMOST 6 WEEKS FOR A CARD!
MAKE UR PICK AND LET ME KNOW CANCEL OR REFUND AND CHANGE DATE OF FEE!!
