2 Months after opening Cheque Account

Plus minus 2 months ago I opened up a Cheque account in the hopes of converting my Home Loan into an Access Bond. Opening up a second account seems to be a requirement for the above. 2 Months later and 4 visits later to the bank I am still unable to use my card at any teller machine. Hence I have not changed my salary to be paid into this account

I am able to swipe my card and transfer money into it but not able to draw from the card... how convenient:( I please want to close this account as I no longer wish to do my banking with YOU but I refuse to go in to the Bank again and would appreciate if someone can call me urgently with regards to the closing of this account.
