I have been an African bank customer for a year now and still confused as to why every time I take a loan with them they take forever to confirm employment? I've seen one of two consultants sitting with clients loan documents from a previous day and that really causes a back log. As if that's not enough, the process of the loan being paid out also takes ages!! the last time I took a loan it got paid into my account while I was still at the branch signing the documents. I was very much impressed. what happened? and why do we the loyal customers of African bank have to always resort to hello peter's web services to get the company to do right by us? I'm still waiting for a payout...
