First National Bank
No Home Loans for no Small Business Owners?

After applying for a home loan at Fnb via a bond originator, Ooba, and filling in all the forms they require for self employed individuals, and paying accounting fees which equal more than 75% the interest of one month on the loan amount. And waiting 5 days for the approval I only get a call from Ooba that tells me, Fnb called and they told them that Fnb don't approve home loans for self employed individuals.
I do agree that there might be more risk involved in lending money to self employed individuals.
But my problem is that Fnb don't even do the effort to at least look at my financial position.
I have a growing business, which generates money from hard the hard work I put in to live my dreams.
My financial assets in funds is more than 1.5 times the loan amount I require.
I have invested the last year 20% of the the loan amount value in my business which I run debt free!
Why do you let me go through entire application procedure for small business owners only to let me know it won't be approved anyway?
And did went directly to you in Fairlands in order to get all my documents in order for my application.
