I'm a existing customer with African Bank and paid up my account more then a year ago. I went online and applied for a loan and credit card. I was phoned back by a consultant whom pre- approved my application. I was asked to go to my nearest branch with my documentation. I went to my nearest branch and was approved. I took a loan, credit card and funeral cover. It's been more then 3 days without payment made or someone trying to confirm my employment. My first application took less then a few hours. When will African Bank notify me what's happening? Thought they would service existing customers a bit faster. Could someone contact me with regards to my application? Thanks
