I am currently a client of African Bank, I applied for a loan increase and was granted a new loan, went to the branch again did the whole application, signed submitted documents everything. Because they struggled (don't know why as I provided all the numbers) to confirm employment last time, and requested a letter from my employer, this time I took a letter to confirm employment with and submitted it with all my documents so that we don't have the same problem again - as last time I had to drive all the way back to the branch and redo the application! Now they again are trying to confirm employment and seems to have the same problem!! But funny enough our reception says nobody has phoned to confirm it!! I submitted a letter what else can I do to avoid these delays!! I am so tired of poor service in SA.
