Very disapointed in service for the second time

I applied for a loan and I was approved, I signed the loan agreement contract on the 18 April 2013. I received a phone call confirming my details and employment. I have to date not received the money or any feedback from head office! I have called the african bank advocate office just to hear a answering machine every time! This is not the first time I have experienced this type of BAD service from african bank! I have been a very good client of african bank and I have never been late on any of my payments to them. Do I always need to resort to this type of action to get any feedback from african bank?! I can not believe this! I need feedback asap regarding the payout I wil only wait 1 hour then I will take this matter to the highest level
