FNB offers me a credit card, they say they will settle my ABSA credit card by taking over the amount onto my new FNB card. The person tells me that it benefits me so much as the installment will remain the same. So as soon as I started paying this wonderful credit card, i Notice there is something off... They gave me a budget and straight facility AFTER I SAID I DID NOT WANT THE BUDGET FACILITY. Now, not only do I have to pay 2 installments for budget and straight, there are budget fees etc etc... I was not informed of this!!! Now instead of paying my R250 installment I am paying over R600. I am so confused.
