I found in quite frustrating that Capitec didn't bother to go the extra mile.
I applied for a personal loan, because my car got. All my documents were inorder and the consultants manager agreed, but they couldn't process my loan because they have to confirm employment and since my work is closed on a Saturday, they couldn't process my loan.
I cant take off work during the week so why cant the consultant have kept all my documents and confirm employment on the Monday instead of her giving it back to me and saying sorry they cant process it??
Needless to say I will take my loan out at FNB.
