On Tuesday 26 February 2013 I appled for a loan and I was told that the money will be deposited on my account the following date. I contacted client services the following date and they told me that they still need to confirm employment I provided the numbers for my HR department nothing was done. On Thursday 28 February I contacted the call centre again and provided my company's details to date nothing has been done. This is so frustrating because I have been dealing with African bank for many years and none of this has happened. How long does it take for the consultant to confirm employment, My companies HR department is always available for confirmation. I don't understand what is going on.
