In 2011 sent a long complaint to Helopeter regarding ABSA and the policy they keep on deducting whereas it was cancelled. Consukltant from Absa contacted me to send banking statement for them to check. i did so and I was refunded. I am very suprised when i went through my bank statement and found that they are still deducting from my account for what they call ABSA insure 6416511211 which was cancelled.
i am tired of dealing with this again when i cancelled the policy and was even refunded by them, Why are they still deducting, I don't understand. They will ask me to fax the bank statement and again refund. when is this going to end?
Another thing that has upset me regarding ABSA, my homeloan gets deducted on the 25th of every month so i arranged that because December we get paid on the 13th can they please debit on the 13th of December instead of the 25th. I was suprised to get a call from the consultent that i am behind and in arrears. i asked how as I am the one who made arrangemnets for debit to go early for December, was told it will go through on the 17th due to hodiday although they loaded for 15th. last month I was told that my flexibond is not accessible, today told it is.
