I have a debit order with Absa Vehicle Finance department. For the past 6 months the debit order has been decucted on the 25th of each month and then they are attempting to deduct again on the 31st of the month. I have been to Bryanston Absa on the 2 January 2014 to try and sort this matter oout as they keep saying I am in arrears - The lady at Bryanston Absa was fantastic and we thought the matter was resolved. I now once again received an sms to state that I am in arrears. When I contacted number - 0860 669 669 I was tols that I am R2700.00 in arrears. I tried explaining about the double debit order but they do not seem to understand it is as if they have the speech written down in front of them and to with what you are trying to explain. I tried to get the debit order cancelled but NO I cannot as I am in arrears. I am so frustrated that no one at Absa Vehicle Finance has the knowledge to correctly do Debtors. What do I do to solve this problem. ANd who is going to refund me all the Bank charges because they cannot doo their jobs
