My loan has been deducted on the 13 December 2013 where the contract state on or after payment date. I phoned in to ask if they can reverse the payment the lady I spoke to told me I must wait 7 days for a refund. I told her I can't wait that long because the money was deposited into my account for my son. That was not of my salary. Then she said " well I can't help you and dropped the call before I could on her head." I phoned back and asked if I can log a complaint seeing that all calls is being recorded for security purposses the 2nd lady told me that the call wasn't reported. Yet therews no way that they giving my money back within 7 days
