After a horrible fender bender and some anxious days, I came to the assessment centre for my insurer, Virgin. Considering that Telesure actually works for many insurers, not their clients, it's really wonderful to be treated like their favourite customer. I was greeted warmly and made to feel like a friend in need of advice, rather than a part of a busy production line. The waiting lounge is comfortable and set up to make the quick as wait and painless as possible - not a single grumpy person was sitting in there!
