Absa deducting car insurance without my consent

After checking my bank statement this month my vehicle instalment is R671.04 more than what my statement reflected on 16/05/2013. After holding for 25 minutes to speak to a consultant I was advised that Absa had sent me letter requesting for my insurance policy on 23/04/2013 and if they did not receive it within 30 days they will deduct R671.04, which they did. However I have not received any letter or phone call regarding this from Absa. How can they take money out of my account without my consent??? Never have my account been paid late or in arrears and this is the service I get. I have sent an e-mail 24 hours ago and have not received any reference number or reply. This is unacceptable as I have bills to pay and have to wait for my own money while I have been paying my own car insurance and vehicle every month faithfully.
