I did an on line application for an coricraft card and was told that i need to go to a store to get my card activated. So on monday the 17th of December i got on the road from clarens and 3 hours later i was at the Glen in Johannesburg. i walked in and gave them all that was needed to open my account. They got on the phone while i was looking around. Needless to say NOBODY answered the phone and i could not get my account opened. I phoned RCS to complain and all they say is that i will have to go back to the shop to get the card activated. It cost me R1000-00 to get there and back and they expect me to just do it again. I just cant believe that they just have such a no care attitude. Worst of all is that they cant even garentee that this wont happen again and the so called manager that i spoke to just said that he will give me his email address so that i must email him. Customer service NOT!!! MAKE A PLAN
