I have upgraded my contract on 14 March 2013. The Clear water and Cresta Cell C franchise stores did not have the iPhone 5 handset in stock (actually gave me the run around for 3 weeks) and I called Cell C Direct to assist. They delivered my new phone within 24 hours... excellent... but THEN the dreaded phone calls to the supposed customer care number... 084145. I was on the phone for approximately 60 minutes... nobody answered the call and to this day my new sim card has not been activated! I also sent two sms's to the customer care sms line... but nobody has called me or activated the sim card. I feel frustrated and helpless... how can this be resolved Cell C?
