EARLY DEBIT ORDER

I'm highly disappointed at the service I'm getting from African bank they deducted from my bank account on the 13.12.2013 instead of their normal debit order date of the 20.12.2013, the money that they took was for my plane ticket as i was out of town and now I'm stuck in Durban with no place to sleep and when i call them i get sent from pillar to post. The last person i spoke to told me the money will be in my bank account by today 15h30 latest but that did not happen meaning i will sleep on the street again today. When i requested to speak to a manager or team leader at their call centre i was told they've gone home already, which was yet another as no call centre agents will be left with no senior looking after them.
