FNB Card Delivery

I opened a bank account with FNB in December (This process cost me 2 days leave because the first time they through away the documents and the branch does not open new account on a weekend) they told me my card would be there at the end of the week. I phoned them at the end of the week and they told me they knew nothing about my card and gave me a number to phone as they were to busy. I phoned the card despatch office who told me the card has been dispatched and they would phone me back and tell me when it will be delivered. A week went by and nobody phoned me back. I phoned again with the reverence number to try and find out what is going on and all they did was give me a new number telling me they will phone me back (2de week of December). They phoned me back in January and told me my card is ready for collection in PE... I live in JHB. They arranged for the cards to be sent to me and I still have not received it. Looks like FNB is the bank BEEPING everyone.
