INCORRECT SIM GIVEN FOR CELLPHONE

On the 09/11/2013 i went to exact in the boulders shopping mall in midrand, i purchased a samsung S3 mini towards my sportscene account.i had to wait for 1hour 30min because the assistant and the store manager couldnt activate the phone with the sim card they gave me.i was told by the store manager Ruth to go home and see if the sim card is not activated then come back to the store in 24hours as the phone kept on advising that no sim in it... i went home then today around 09:23 i called the store and fortunately i got to the assistant Francinah who i bought the phone from on saturday, i explained to her my problem that they gave me a micro sim card instead of a normal sim for my phone, she wanted me to come to the store and get the correct sim, i then offered to get a sim card then they RICA it and link it to the handset which i did, and she promised to call me back after she has activated the sim. she never called back, i called at 12:26 and spoke to the manager who was rude and dropped the call in my ear, until now i dnt have a sim card and i csnt use the phone. i want a sim card delivered to my work place and all the costs encured using my airtime to call them be credited to me
