Poor Service... yet again!!

On 14 November, I submitted an online application for an ABSA Gold bundle. The application was only approved on November 19th - 5 days later!!
This still required me to visit a branch to "fetch" the card.
I nominated the Rivonia branch as this was closest to my home. On Saturday, December 07th was the earliest I could get to the branch. I arrived at 10:20am. The process for "fetching" the card took more than 2 hours!!
They still did not sort out the credit card that I requested because by the time she finished with the cheque account, it was already 12:40 (40 minutes past closing time) & the credit card person had left.
This meant that I would have to go into the branch again! Also, the card for my savings account which I had for over 14 years was taken & cut up because I linked the accounts & I was not allowed 2 debit cards.
Furthermore, I cannot make purchases on this card - it does not work!! Al lthe purchases have been going thru my savings account which I've been getting charged for!! Only one purchase was done on the cheque card thus far after several attempts!! I want this account closed immediately!! & my savings accoutn card returned to me!! & to top it all...
