Good day,

I have sent my claim due to hail on the 29th of November for my household insurance and i am so dissapointed with the insurance i choose as they are trying so hard not to payout. They claim that my Nov premium was not paid and i have sent my bank statement to prove that my premium its up to date. How long does this need to be resolved?
