Charged for ABSA Erro

In November 2013 I went to Absa Eastlands to apply for a garage card. The branch sent me a Gold Credit Card instead. The garage card was eventually received (5 weeks later), but the ADMIN FEE on the Gold Credit Card (which was cancelled by the branch) was still charged against my account, after I was told the card has been cancelled, and that I would NOT be charged for the R120. The Telephone service is useless, and I now need to go into the Absa branch AGAIN, for a fith time. No wonder so many Absa clients are moving over to other institutions.
