No Feedback w.r.t Card Collection/no response

HI there i made an new application for a cheque account on the 03 December 2013.I was told i would receive a call and i would have to collect my New Card at your Belhar branch where i made the application. I received an sms stating i had to fetch my card a Vanguard mall which was extremely far from where i reside, i called your customer service and requested they send the card to where i made the application and the bank closer to my location which they said can be done.2 weeks (20 Dec) after my application and still no card i had to call your customer service AGAIN and this time they told me that my Card had been delivered to the Belhar branch on the 06 December. I have to say i am peased off because this morning when i went to go fetch my card at the Branch they are closed for 5 to 25 days and they could not assit me. I am peased off because i still do not have my card and my salary was paid into the new account. Peased off because no 1 informed me my Card was at the branch. Peased off because i do not want my savings and cheque card to be linked together. I want a new cheque card issued and delivered to another bank closer to my residence/area within the next few days
