Still fighting, With Most likely just another ref

On 28 Dec I applied to switch, waited 5 days and got no reply. After many effort ref 13003-058143385 was done. With Cheque account, Credit Card, Garage card, and savings account. After Ref 246671 and ref 247338, and most like a few others and many a phone calls later. My cheque and savings accounts card were delivered to me. My Credit card was delivered to the V&A Waterfront branch, after I instructed them to deliver it to the One and Only Hotel in the V&A Waterfront about 6 times. My ABSA credit card balance has not been brought over at 9.9% interest, in fact it hasn't been brought over at all and still no Garage card. So Celeste Kruger can I have just another ref no? Every time I go into the FNB V&A Waterfront branch I have to wait 25 Min, as there is only 2 people manning 4 counters, every phone call cost me 15min air time. And I don't want to deal with anyone of your incompetent monkeys in the call centre again, so find me someone with the skill that will sort this one and for all. I am also forwarding this to RB Jacobs.
