On Tuesday, 29 October 2013 I applied online for an FNB Business Account as well as a Credit Card Account. I received my Credit Card on 5 November 2013 but not my Business Card. This was a concern as I did the application on the same day and I did not receive any confirmation on the status of my Business card yet the account reflects on my online banking profile. I contacted yesterday to inquire about the card but had no luck. I tried again today but was transferred back and forth. I initially called 0875759479 but was given another number to call. I then called the number (0860263362) and was given another number. Basically these are the numbers I have called numerous times going back and forth between the same numbers. 0861227722, 0860263362, 0875759479, 011366800. The last number only has 9 digits which I queried before hanging up but the agent assured me this number was correct. That number does not work. I am frustrated at the incompetence of the FNB call centre. I have spoken to Stella, Karabo, Khathu, Zubeida (team leader) and Nicole but NO ONE could help me. CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE MY CARD IS???
