Incompetent online business banking service

I opened my business account on 17th July and till date I do not have access to online banking. I went to branch twice and the consultant told that they had problems with business online banking. I called several times to the customer care. Till date I do not have access to the online banking.
I have been given a reference number which is useless. FNB you losing the focus from customer service/support.
