I logged a claim online for a lost cellphone in the evening on Monday 4 December 2013. I received a call the following day in the morning from Andre Oosthuizen who verified and approved my claim in an instant. My new phone was dispatched to on the same day (5 December 2013). Although there were delays with the couriers, Andre kept me in the loop throughout the day and following up and giving me updated regarding my Parcel. Above all he was friendly and ensured that I was happy with my new cellphone.
