I would just like to express my gratitude for the great service received from Discovery Insure related to my claims experience.
On 28/11/2013 my treasured Samsung S4 was :(
On 29/11/2013 @ 10:30, I called Discovery Insure to submit my claim, the 2 agents that I dealt with were exceptional and provided me with updates of my claim every step of the way. They told me my claim had been approved and would do their best to get my replacement to me asap.
At 12pm, I received a call from their supplier to confirm my delivery address and by 3pm, my new phone had arrived :)
This was one of the greatest and most outstanding service I have received.
Well done Discovery Insure... you have proven your worth and I'm here to stay!!
