I've submitted a claim on 18 November 2013 with my supporting documents. After me phoning back on the 26th November for an update the response was they didn't receive my documents and that I should resend it. I immediately did so and phoned back numerous times after that for an update. It's now the 13th December. I never received a confirmation of receipt which is unsatisfying, especially when being told when to phone back and there's no progress on your claim. The last person I spoke to said that the latest it should be finalized today and yet nothing. Phone back and am told that the case is still open with no action. The call centre agent will escalate my call. How long will I have to wait for my money to be paid out??? I refuse to make any further payments to AIG and I wish my policy to be cancelled immediately.
