My son threw my cellphone into water and as a result it got water damaged. It was until then that I realised I had forgottent o update my cellphone details with miway and didn't think the claim to have the phone repaired would be approved. It took less than 48 hours after the claim being lodged to have the cellphone collected from my residence and taken in for a technical assessment. Again without any delays, I got a call from Kholeka to say the cellphone will be replaced, without any premiums being backdated. Thanks to Kholeka for the excellent service and going the extra mile. This level of service is greatly appreciated.
