Andre dealt with my mobile phone claim when it was. I reported the incident on Monday morning and by 16:30 a brand new iPhone 5 was delivered at my doorstep. Andre is very professional and kept me in the loop via email and phone calls throughout the day! Any company can be very proud of an employee that demonstrates client service excellence.
