My cellphone was last weekend, which left me feeling very upset. I put a claim in with Discovery Insure on Monday morning and by Tuesday morning I had a brand new replacement phone delivered to my door.
The claims handler Ernestina Ramorula was particularly helpful and showed me a great deal of sympathy about the of my phone (which I am sure she encounters on a daily basis).
I was very impressed with the service I received and I will be sure to continue to support Discovery Insure.
