I am an FNB Business customer that pays an indecent amount of money every month in service fees on my Speedpoint Machine. It has been out of service since Sunday, this is day 6 and every day we get promises to get it fixed with nobody arriving. We have spoken to 10 different people today alone, and everyone passes the buck. I am losing major money with loss of sales, and am now moving my business and personal and dollar accounts away. After 20 years of being a customer, I have had enough abuse! I have to pay you for costing me money??? I don't think so!
