Very pleased with the efficiency of Discovery

My son lost his phone yesterday and I only got to know about it when I got home yesterday evening. I called Vodacom to black list the phone, went to the police station to report the phone. This morning at about 08:45am I called Discovery to log my claim. It was such a smooth process, I did not have to fill in any forms, gave all the information required on the phone and Eunice said she will fast track my claim and I will get a replacement phone within 24 to 48 hours. To my surprise I started getting calls from their service provider to find out where to deliver my phone. I got my phone today just after 4pm and I cannot even begin to describe my excitement. This is really what insurance should be about - HASSLE FREE CLAIMS. Thank you to Eunice Mathotha, Katleo and Andre for making this such an effortless claim I have ever made.
