Poor service

I have been left frustrated after submitting a claim with this company. My vehicle had broken down, the clutch was making a noise and noise from the gearbox. the vehicle was towed to an RMI approved repairer. The repairer contacted this company and the consultant ANDRE registered the claim. The repairer advised Andre that he suspects it was the gearbox but it has to be stripped. The repairer asked for permission and stripped the box only to find other damages to the gearbox and clutch. Andre has then approved the claim paying 50% of the damages due to wear and tear with no report submitted??? how does this work??? I called Andre and asked him to send an assessor to assess the damages. He told myself and the repairer an assessor by the name of mike will come in 10/12/2013. I called this morning and another consultant advises me that nothing has been booked in the "memo" for an assesment. My life is now at a stand still because this is my only means on transport. I have spoken to the claims manager Mr van rensberg but still no joy. I have contacted Andre on numerous occasions, he does not return calls and I have no feedback!!! I need assistance immediately!!!
