Good Day,
On the 11th of December I submitted a cellphone claim with the above mentioned company and to date I haven't received any call nor has the cellphone been collected. If they take so long just to collect the cellphone, I just wonder how long they will take to bring it back. I am really disappointed especially because I work for an insurance company and such claims are what we call "Fast Track Claims" which will not take more than 48 hours.
