My sumsung Galaxy S3 was from my handbag at Menlynpark Mall on 08 Dec 2013.I reported the matter to Vodacom and the ITC no:13895709 was issued to me and i then called Discovery insure to claim for the cellphone on 09 December 2013 and gave me the claim no: 145195 and advised me to report the matter, i then reported it to Akasia police station on 14December 2013 as i was out of the country from 09 to 13December 2013 and they gave me case no:44/12/2013.On the 16 December 2013, discovery official with the name of Adele Visited my house for investigation and i gave her all information she requested. On the 03 January 2014, i called Adele to make the followup for my claim and she answered that my claim was rejected because i am claiming for the second time, the case no is wrong and Discovery doen't pay for cellphones that were lost. She also gave me the email adress for Mmatshepo that i can make the followup with since she (Adele) will be on leave from 06 January 2014.I then called discovery insure asked for Mmatshepo with no success and they told me the she is only available on emails and she will send me the rejection letter. I made followups a week later with no success until today
