MONEY TAKEN FROM ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE

Hi

I applied for my 32 day early repayment on the 2/12/2013, it was processed successfully and on the 05/12/2013 i drew a bank statement which reflected R2000 that was taken out my account (reference: GOSS branch).
I then called the customer care and went to the Secunda branch to query as it is the festive season and i need the money urgently and was told to wait 3 working days as they were going to query my account.
Today is the 11/12/2013 and i have not yet received any feedback. I called yesterday to get some feedback from them and now they have changed the story to 12 working days. I am very DISGUSTED with Standard banks service as they cannot tell me where my money went to and i have not drawn or used that R2000. If i had not checked my bank statement I would have not known that the money went off my account. I have the sms notifications and i did not receive any notification that money went off my account.
Can someone please query this as I cannot wait 12 working days, I need the money urgently. I have had more than enough patience and would like some feedback as to what is going on with my account.
